At The World of Isopods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your terrestrial-inspired fashion. If your order doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all crustacean-themed tags are still securely attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
